To Love God = loving yourself = loving your neighbours

Be Still

The Hebrew phrase “be still” (רָפָה raphah) literally means:
let go
relax
cease striving
stop fighting
It’s God saying:
“Stop trying to control everything. Let Me be God.”
It invites a posture of trust, especially in chaos.
Biblical stillness means:
releasing anxiety
laying down fear
stopping the urge to fix everything yourself
surrendering the outcome to God
It’s choosing faith over panic.
